Warehouse Operative

Job Summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in Louth on a temporary basis, paying up to £12.71 per hour. This role involves accurately picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading goods, using scanning equipment to track items, and supporting general warehouse operations.

Working Hours & Location

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Location: Louth. Own or reliable transport required. No public transport links to the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Help load and unload goods as they arrive or leave the site
• Use scanning equipment to process and track items
• Support general warehouse operations

Requirements

• Previous picker/packer experience highly desirable; some experience required for the role
• Confident using scanning machines
• Strong attention to detail when picking and packing orders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
