Fuller’s invites aspiring chefs to join a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship, designed for those at Commis Chef level ready to advance. You’ll train in food prep across lively kitchens in the South of England, studying one day weekly with a college partner and earning a wage throughout.
When not in college, you’ll work four days with senior kitchen teams. Prospective apprentices should be driven, reliable, and passionate about quality, with NVQ Level 2 Cookery and two years’ experience preferred.
