Onsite OpEx Coach – FMCG Manufacturing Leader

FMC Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach for the FMCG manufacturing space. This remote/field-based role covers the UK and Ireland with extensive travel to customer plants across EMEA. You will lead end-to-end frontline transformations, coaching operators to adopt Lean and achieve measurable productivity and OEE gains.

The role is not desk-based: spend ~90% of time on factory floors, manage 5-6 accounts, and drive 90-day deployment cycles with four-week onsite deployments.
