Customer Experience Specialist (Mon-Fri, Office)

Rafferty Resourcing seeks a Customer Service Advisor in Portsmouth for a full-time, office-based role Monday to Friday. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional support by phone and email, coordinating service requests and onboarding new customers.

You will build lasting relationships with clients, maintain accurate records, and work with Sales, Projects, Technical Support and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.
