You will troubleshoot hardware and software on Apple macOS and Windows, deploy devices, manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID and MDM, and maintain classroom technology and AV equipment.
You will build and configure devices for new starters, assist with events, document procedures, and contribute to service improvements through automation.
