To help you build the skills and knowledge needed for success, during your first three months, training will take place between our Warwick and Blackpool manufacturing locations, working alongside our experienced production team in Warwick before returning to Blackpool as the project progresses.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a significant manufacturing expansion and help shape the future of production at our Blackpool site.

• A flexible and positive approach, with the ability to work as part of a team
• Good reliability, attendance and timekeeping
