PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE

When uploading this post we noticed a distinct lack of what we would consider required qualifications. To be an Assessor you would need to hold either an; A1/2, D32/33, or CAVA which we have a link to HERE . Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) . The position does not ask for these so do not feel deterred to apply if you do not possess them. However, it is in our professional opinion you need to have either qualification before applying.
