We are currently recruiting experienced 7.5T to join our team in Rugby . This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking drivers looking for consistent, ongoing work with early morning starts.

The Role

As a 7.5T Drivers, you will be responsible for operating a refuse collection vehicle on designated routes, working alongside a team of loaders to ensure waste and recycling collections are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5T collection vehicle.
• Complete scheduled collection routes.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Work closely with the loading crew.
• Comply with all road traffic laws and health and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent standards of customer service when interacting with the public.

Requirements

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work early mornings and as part of a team.
