The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain a positive, productive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Support students in their learning and encourage engagement throughout lessons.
Uphold school policies and promote high standards of behaviour and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

A degree in any subject.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident, professional, and adaptable approach.
Previous experience working with children or young people, either in an educational or similar setting.
A genuine interest in education and supporting young people's development.
