In-Home Complex Care Assistant for Brain Injury

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Female Complex Care Assistant to support a young woman with complex healthcare needs in her own home in Crewe. This role offers an opportunity to grow clinically while making a meaningful difference in daily life.

You will provide person-centred care, manage tracheostomy and epilepsy needs, assist with mobility and personal care, and work with a 24-hour team to support independence and wellbeing.
