The role reports to the Shutdown Turnaround Outage Director and entails managing STO scheduling across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Project departments to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Responsibilities include developing short, medium and long term STO schedules, resource loading, and CPM/EV reporting.
