How you’ll make a difference

• Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS , supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child in your care
• Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication

What an Early Years Educator needs

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children

An enhanced DBS check – a Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate – is mandatory for all positions. This role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties. All colleagues are required to complete regular safeguarding training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities.
