About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sushi Junior Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street . As a key member of our back-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.

• Proven experience as a Sushi Junior Sous Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment

• Experienced in Sashimi, Nigiri and fish butchering

• A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest
