The Cabin at William Leech is continuing to grow, and we’re very excited about what lies ahead!
The Cabin is a brand new provision designed to support children with SEMH and SLCN needs, providing high quality bespoke support for the children, with a trauma informed approach to learning.
As we move into a new phase of our journey, we are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join the experienced team and work closely with the children on a day to day basis and provide personalised support that helps the children learn and develop.
The ideal candidate will work both individually and with small groups of children with a range of different needs, helping them thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We are also able to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated teaching assistant to grow with us, with a progression route to a higher level teaching assistant position available for the right candidate, following a successful probationary period.
Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
