Customer Assistant: Flexible Hours, Career Growth & Pay

Lidl Northern Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our team. You will earn £13.30 per hour, with progression to £14.80 after three years, on contracts of 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week.

A standard 30‑hour contract can reach £490+ per week, including unsocial hours, with various supplements and benefits. You will interact with customers, manage stock and store presentation, and support tills during busy periods.
