We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Autism Support Worker to join a SEN school in Oxford welcoming children ages 5-11 years, where you'll play a vital role in helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.

This Autism Support Worker position is ideal for graduates and experienced professionals interested in Special Educational Needs (SEN), Psychology, Child Development or Care. As an Autism Worker, you will provide tailored support for children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviour.

The Role

As an Autism Support Worker, you will:

• Deliver 1-1 and small group support for children with Autism
• Adapt learning activities to meet individuals' children needs
• Encourage communication, emotional regulation and social development
• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
