We are looking for a driven and experienced Hair Salon Stylist/Manager to lead our busy Manchester salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.
Who you are
Proven experience working within a hair salon environment
Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
Passion for the hair & beauty industry
