Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging learning on a daily basis using innovative methods
Prepare teaching materials ahead of each lesson
Organise the classroom, display and resources
Evaluate pupils’ homework
Keep an eye on each child’s progress
Work with other educational professionals such as social workers or psychologists
Communicate with parents
Stay up to date with the curriculum and best practices
Qualifications & Person Specification
Must have UK QTS
Excellent record of knowledge and practice with children with SEN
Excellent communication skills
Optimistic and positive approach
Able to bond and work well within a team
Proactive in taking the lead
