Hotel Maintenance Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Whitworth Locke (Manchester)

Salary: £

Position Type: Full Time (40h)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities
• Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with renovation projects and room setups

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel or similar environment
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
