Pay: £12.21 – £15.48 per hour
Jemini Response provides community-based, 24/7 residential care in Eastbourne and Hailsham. We support individuals with autism and learning disabilities, focusing on enhancing quality of life and developing lives through meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person‑centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence.
Implement care plans and support daily living.
Contribute to a Positive Behaviour Support culture.
Support daily routines, including cooking, cleaning, and community access.
Assist with interventions and liaise with external agencies as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Experience or interest in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
