Key Responsibilities
Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure optimal store performance
Foster a high standard of customer service among team members
Train, mentor and coach staff, encouraging skill development and career advancement
Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Networking and posting on store social media to maximise sales and footfall
Generate new customers through word‑of‑mouth, local marketing, events and product demonstration
Manage people: set objectives, coach, create personal development plans and conduct appraisals
What We’re Looking For
Proven retail experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar role
Track record of managing KPIs and budgets to enhance store performance
Confident leader who can motivate and inspire a team
People‑oriented individual who enjoys a retail sales and service environment
Experience within fashion, beauty, footwear or accessories
