Position: Bulk Driver

ContractType: Permanent – 45hrs

Location: Sheffield

Shift: Mon‑Fri 8am - 6pm

Join the UK’s premier parcel delivery company

What You’ll Do

You will drive a lorry from our exceptional fleet of Volvo vehicles, all less than 4 years old. They’re a joy to drive, and are equipped to a high specification, including fridges, leather seats and many more optional extras to make sure you’re comfortable.

Most of our sites run from Monday to Friday, with 45 hour working weeks, and 9‑hour shifts per day which typically start at 7/8am. Our well‑organised shift schedules mean you often know in advance where you’ll be driving, taking the stress out of your day.

Key Role Responsibilities

• You’ll make sure Cages, Pallets, Freight, Stillages and Yorks get to and from customers bang on time. At some sites, the goods will be loaded or unloaded for you – at others, you’ll need to do it yourself. Scanning consignments and driving pallet trucks will sometimes be part of your day.
• You’ll be responsible for inspecting your vehicle and trailer every day and completing a Defect Report if necessary.

What We Can Offer You

• Annual Leave: At least 28 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
• Inclusive Benefits: Access to flexible perks including shopping vouchers, insurance, and healthcare.

What We’re Looking For

• Class 1 Driving licence.
• Completed required DCPC training hours or be working towards them.
• Excellent knowledge of Road Transport Laws and commitment to safe use of the roads.

Evri Group for everyone

We’re committed to building a truly inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can bring – and be – their whole authentic selves. We’re also on a mission to be the UK’s most accessible delivery business. We’ve partnered with Scope, the leading disability equality charity, to improve deliveries for millions of customers and give extra support to our colleagues and couriers who need it. Collaboration is key because we work better together. Bring passion, ambition and an open mind, and in return we’ll give you respect, flexibility and a place where you can thrive.
