Right Now Group are currently seeking an experienced Air Export Operator to join our client's team. Our client is a well-established Freight Forwarder based in Langley who specialise in providing a high-quality logistics service across air and road freight.
Job Responsibilities of an Air Export Operator
Handle daily communication with UK and overseas customers regarding import & export shipments
Complete full air freight import/export customs clearances and European road freight documentation
Book courier shipments and arrange collections/deliveries, ensuring timely movement
Prepare and process Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists and other shipping documentation
Liaise with airlines, handling agents and third-party partners to coordinate freight effectively
Maintain accurate data across internal systems including ASM Sequoia and BoxTop
Support with trade show and event shipments, organising equipment for international movements
Requirements of an Air Export Operator
Some previous import/export or freight forwarding experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software
Ability to work efficiently within a busy, friendly team environment
Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
Right to work in the UK

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch)
