Private Client Paralegal – Wolverhampton

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well‑regarded and expanding Private Client team based in Wolverhampton. The Role

You will play a key role in supporting a busy and high‑quality private client team, contributing to the delivery of an outstanding client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust deeds under solicitor supervision
Liaising confidently and professionally with clients
Organising and maintaining both digital and physical files
Providing essential administrative support to fee‑earners
Attending client meetings and assisting with follow‑up actions

About You

This position is ideal for an experienced paralegal who enjoys working in a client‑focused environment and thrives on supporting a collaborative team. You will demonstrate:

At least two years’ experience as a private client paralegal
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
A professional, approachable manner with strong communication skills
A proactive and motivated attitude, with a commitment to high standards of service
