Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, aiding in their academic and personal development.
Collaborate closely with educators to execute tailored learning plans.
Cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and vibrant classroom atmosphere.
Provide personalised assistance to students on an individual basis.
Requirements
Prior experience working with learners with SEND is highly preferred.
An Enhanced Child & Adult DBS - or willingness to obtain.
Possess educational qualifications or relevant credentials.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
Exhibit a genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of diverse learners.
