Live-in Care Assistant – Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea

Salary: £827.12 to £ per week. Contract type: Care Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care tailored to the customer and encourage their independence.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage medication and prepare meals.
• Handle household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies and visits from loved ones.
• Offer comfort and care during illness, hospital visits or end‑of‑life care.
• Work independently while staying connected with the care team for support and guidance.
