Drive a Volvo lorry (less than 4 years old) to deliver goods on planned routes, typically 4 to 6 stops per shift.
Inspect vehicle and trailer daily, completing a defect report if necessary.
Load and unload cargo (cages, pallets, freight, stillages, and yokes) as required; scan consignments and operate pallet trucks when needed.
Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure on‑time delivery to customers.
Qualifications
Class 1 driving licence.
Completed the required DCPC training hours or actively working toward them.
Excellent knowledge of Road Transport Laws and a commitment to safe driving practices.
