Accounts Assistant

Role Overview

• Providing essential finance support, including processing invoices and managing banking transactions, to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Assisting in month‑end and year‑end procedures, helping maintain accurate financial records aligned with organisational standards.
• Responding to supplier queries and conducting reconciliations that uphold the integrity of financial data.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in purchase ledger processing, with strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Familiarity with transactional banking and basic reconciliation procedures.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
