The kind of teacher who can bring calm to the classroom and confidence to every learner?

We’re working with a fantastic partner school in Lincolnshire looking for a compassionate and adaptable SEND Teacher to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys inclusive teaching and making learning accessible for every pupil. You’ll be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and experience those all-important “lightbulb moments”.

Whether your experience is in autism support, SEMH, or complex needs, this role gives you the chance to teach in a way that’s creative, flexible, and truly impactful.

What your day might look like

Every day is different, but you’ll be:

• Teaching pupils with a range of special educational needs across Maths, English, and Science
• Creating engaging, personalised learning experiences that meet individual needs
• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to support pupil progress
• Bringing patience, positivity, and structure to the classroom
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning

What we’re looking for

The right teacher will bring both skill and heart to the role.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience in SEND, specialist schools, or alternative provision
• A flexible, calm, and resilient approach to teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning

What you’ll get from Protocol Education

We’ll support you just as much as the school does.

• Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies or hidden deductions
• Free access to our CPD Academy to keep building your skills
• A dedicated consultant who understands SEND settings
• Opportunities across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
• Referral rewards when you recommend great educators

At Protocol Education, we’re committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants will go through our thorough vetting process, including enhanced DBS checks and reference verification in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; a permanent option may become available at a later date.
