Responsibilities
Provide practical assistance and emotional encouragement to individuals living with a range of mental health conditions.
Support clients to build confidence, reduce isolation, and achieve personal goals.
Assist with daily routines and enable access to community resources in the home setting.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months’ experience within a UK care setting.
Aged 18 or over due to role requirements (personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and flexible hours including late evenings and night shifts).
Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
