BasedinfabulousofficesincentralLondonforatleastthreedaysperweek,youwillbepartofsmallbut highlyeffectiveHRteamsupportingalively,energetic,high-performingworkforce.

Twodaysperweekareabletobeworkedremotely.

Duties

• updatingandcarryingoutnewstarterandinductionprocesses
• maintainingHRrecordsandmanagingdatabases
• assistingwiththepayrollandbenefitsprocess
• actingasfirstpointofcontactforallHRrelatedqueriesincludingfirstlevelERsupport
• updatingHRpoliciesandprocesses
• supporting initiativesforemployeewellbeing,retentionanddevelopment

Qualifications

• approximately12months+UKbasedHRexperience(ideallyinthecreativeindustries)
• aninterestinbuildingalong-termcareerinHR
• excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationsskillstogetherwithanoutgoing, proactive andintelligentapproach
• the desire to learn more about the media, marketing and creative sector
• superbattentiontodetail

Salary:Between£35,000and£38,000dependentonexperienceplusgreatbenefits.
