Agincare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Dorset Outreach team in Shaftesbury. You will support two adults with autism and learning disabilities to live safely in their home and in the community, in a 2:1 model with a small, consistent team.
You will help them build skills, try new activities, and join social opportunities. A calm, patient approach and reliable teamwork are essential to success.
