About the Location

The Cookstown plant is one of the key manufacturing hubs for Copeland, located in Cookstown in the heart of County Tyrone. It offers strong road connectivity to major cities including Belfast and Derry/Londonderry, and access to key ports and logistics networks supporting UK and international operations. Cookstown has a long‑standing reputation as a centre for engineering and manufacturing excellence, supported by a skilled and dependable workforce. The surrounding region offers a balance of rural and town living, a high quality of life, short commute times and access to outdoor attractions such as the Sperrin Mountains. About the Role

This full‑time opportunity exists within the Assembly Production Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across various processes on the Assembly line to manufacture compressors, ensuring high‑quality standards are consistently met while applying lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure your workplace is clean, organized, and hazard‑free, while following all Health & Safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Work rotational shifts of days and evenings and must be over 18.
