Employer - Roehampton Club Ltd Location - Roehampton, London Salary - £30,500 – 34,500 per annum Contract - Full Time Hours - Based on a 40 hour working week and weekends on a rota basis. Reporting To - Head Groundsperson

A Club Awards winning club - Sports Club of the Year ; King of Clubs 2022; Tennis Club of the Year 2019 and 2022.

Job Purpose: To assist in the daily operations of our skilled Grounds team, helping to ensure the sports facilities are presented and maintained to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• To undertake daily surface maintenance and preparation of the facilities, skillfully operating pedestrian and ride on machinery to maintain the sports surfaces to the best possible standards of presentation.
• To be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
• To actively contribute to departmental meetings.
• To maintain health and safe working practices at all times.

Whilst full training will be given, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies :

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with two years' minimum experience in sports maintenance.
• A recognised qualification or wishes to attain one.
• Operates to a very high-quality standard with an eye for detail.
• A conscientious team player with the ability to multi-task.
• A positive attitude and a can-do approach to work.
• Good timekeeping and attendance record.
