Occupational Therapist

Role Overview
– The role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy for men with mental illness in a low and medium secure service.
– Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting assessments and implementing interventions aligned with care plans.
2. Providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
3. Offering support to junior staff, including appraisals and professional development plans.

Requirements
– Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
– Relevant clinical experience with adults who have complex needs.
– Knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks, assessment models, and working with individuals with mental illnesses.
