Serves as a seasonal, customer‑focused team member in a retail environment, employing technology and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience, using technology and keeping product knowledge up to date.
• Support the achievement of key store KPIs by meeting sales targets set by store management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas to ensure high brand and retail standards.
• Work flexible 7‑day shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as required.
