Sales Assistant - Full Time 35h - London King's Road

To support the continued success of this location, we’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to creating an outstanding in-store experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
• Building strong relationships with customers and fostering loyalty to the brand.
• Actively contributing to achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Advising customers on our products and sharing your expertise to meet their needs.
• Supporting the maintenance of the brand’s visual identity and merchandising standards.
• Assisting with stock management, replenishment, and general operational tasks.
• Ensuring internal procedures and company guidelines are applied at all times.
• Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging store environment.

Requirements

• Available to work two Sundays a month, 35-hour permanent schedule.
• Fluency in French would be an advantage.
• Passion for sales, excellent presentation and elocution skills, natural interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, organised, rigorous and versatile with a good command of IT tools.
