Cardiff Council is seeking an exceptional and values-driven leader to become Headteacher of and associated services. This is our community-based EOTAS provision supporting vulnerable and disengaged learners.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership, delivering measurable improvements in attendance, engagement and learner outcomes in line with the Inclusion Strategy and Estyn expectations.
The successful candidate will be required to:

We are looking for someone who has:
Salary Range: £80,080 - £92,754 per annum (L18 - L24) (Leadership Group 5)
This post is full-time and permanent.
This post has a requirement for registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
Appointment to this post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a Child and Adult Workforce Barred List check.
