Water Hygiene Technician – Bridgend and surrounding areas

This could be your opportunity to excel as a Water Hygiene Technician as well as playing a vital role in helping our business succeed.

We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Water Hygiene Technician to join our Environment & Safety division. We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable and committed to join our team. As a member of the Environment & Safety division it is key that you can work efficiently as part of a team as well as having the capabilities to work independently. Due to the nature of the job, travelling will be part of your day-to-day role.

Responsibilities

• Cold water storage tank inspections and recommending remedial works
• Cold water storage tank cleaning and disinfections
• Thermostatic mixing valve failsafe checks and servicing
• Water sampling
• Water temperature monitoring
• Showerhead descaling

Qualifications

• Experience in some, or all, of the tasks listed above, or a willingness to be trained
• A “can do” attitude
• A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel

Note: Once in position, it will be a requirement of the role to obtain MOD Security Clearance.
