Office Facilities Assistant in AI!

Facilities Assistant required for AI Tech firm in the City!

This is an all encompassing role supporting the Facilities and Reception team!

Duties will include setting up the office, monitoring and re-stocking of office supplies as well as organising deliveries.

A key part of the role is also the coordination of internal events including socials and town halls as well as external client meetings. You will also set up meeting spaces as well as catering supplies and providing day to day support to ensure both internal and external events run smoothly.

You will also assist the Reception and Guest Services area and help maintain office records and check lists.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with one to two year's Reception/Facilities experience. The company is a fast-growing AI tech firm in the City which is rapidly growing with lots of opportunity for progression. This role has come about due to an internal promotion.

The hours on the role are 7-4pm Monday-Friday office based.
