Junior CAD Technician

Robert Walpole and Partners, a renowned UK-based engineering consultancy located in Slough, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CAD Technician to join our exceptional team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with limited previous experience. 1. CAD Drawing Work:
2. Assist in the creation and modification of CAD drawings for existing projects.
3. Ensure all drawings comply with RWP CAD Standards.
4. Project Administration:
5. Support electronic project administration tasks, including document management.
6. Issue drawings and other project-related documents through ProjectWise.
7. Learning and Development:
8. Receive training to quickly become proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation.
9. Continuously develop skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Skills Required

• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new CAD software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation, with any experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D being advantageous
