Established in 2012, Endless Adventure North East is a leading outdoor learning and adventure provider, delivering high-quality, bespoke programmes across the region.
Working in partnership with local authorities, schools and families, we provide alternative provision and outdoor learning opportunities for children and young people aged 5+ with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our provision is centred around adventure, nurture and personal development, using the outdoors as a powerful tool to build confidence, resilience, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEMH Support Worker to join our expanding team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable children and young people in engaging outdoor environments. Working alongside experienced instructors and support staff, you will help deliver bespoke programmes that encourage personal growth, emotional regulation, social development and educational engagement.
You will play a key role in creating safe, inclusive and inspiring learning experiences whilst supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their individual goals.
This role involves working outdoors in a variety of environments and weather conditions. Flexibility is essential, as occasional early starts, late finishes and travel may be required.
