Job Description:

We are seeking Production Operatives to join our clients team in Bury, United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery to produce high-quality products
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Conducting quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
• Assisting with production line set-up and changeovers
• Ensuring production targets are met
• Performing basic maintenance on production machinery
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work different shifts if required
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
