Dynamic Multi-Site Deputy General Manager, Fitness & Wellbeing

Nuffield Health is seeking a Multi-site Deputy General Manager for our Greater London gyms and wellbeing clubs. You will take full responsibility for daily operations, including P&L accountability, service delivery, and member experience across sites.

You will lead guest services, front of house, fitness teams, and retail or other service lines, driving growth, retention, and profitability while deputising for the General Manager in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
