Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Our client, a commodity trading house, is looking to hire a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join their team in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and respond to review, audit and investigation requests from Exchanges and Regulatory Authorities.
• Provide FATCA and CRS audit and advisory support, as well as assisting with ad hoc tax-
• Monitor and resolve issues relating to MiFIR, EMIR transaction reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to Exchanges and Regulatory Authorities, including large position reporting and client identification reporting
• Support and conduct KYC, Compliance and other regulatory audits.
• Provide support for CASS compliance monitoring and advisory activities.

You will need to have the following:

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant industry experience, with knowledge of financial products including securities, futures and options.
• Practical understanding and previous experience of EMIR and MiFIR transaction reporting requirements.
• Experience with UnaVista and other transaction and regulatory reporting systems is desirable.
