The Role

Our core team powers the experiences every Midnite customer relies on - from onboarding, verification and payments to account management, safer gambling and support. As our products and markets grow, we’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own complex problems across this foundation, bringing deep expertise in regulated customer journeys.

You’ll own strategy and roadmaps across a customer-facing Core UX team and a Core Internal team covering integrations, back-office tools and operational capabilities. Working closely with Engineering, Design and Compliance, you’ll turn complex regulatory needs into intuitive customer experiences and effective internal products.

This is not a requirements-delivery role. You’ll bring a strong product voice, challenge assumptions constructively and find better ways to achieve regulatory outcomes without unnecessary friction. Your early focus will be supporting international expansion, with the opportunity to develop deeper ownership of compliance journeys over time. You’ll be a Core Product Manager first, ready to lead wherever the biggest problems and opportunities arise.

You will:

• Own strategy, discovery, roadmaps and delivery across your Core UX and Core Internal teams, turning priorities into clear problem statements, PRDs and measurable outcomes.
• Shape regulated customer journeys across KYC, verification, affordability, safer gambling and player limits, balancing regulatory requirements with customer experience.
• Partner closely with Compliance to understand the required outcome, challenge assumptions and develop better solutions rather than simply implementing requests.
• Improve the internal systems, integrations, back-office tooling and automation that support Compliance and operational teams.
• Work with your Engineering Lead and Designer through our Three Amigos model, collaborating with Data, Player Support and other stakeholders to solve cross-functional problems.
• Support international market expansion by building reusable capabilities that can adapt to local requirements rather than solving the same problem repeatedly.
• Prioritise ruthlessly, make confident decisions and use feedback and data to improve customer, operational and commercial outcomes.
• Champion AI-native ways of working, identifying thoughtful opportunities for AI and automation while helping shape how Core evolves as Midnite scales.

The next Midniter:

• Has 8+ years’ Product Management experience, with ownership of complex products in a highly regulated environment and experience in a high-growth or startup business.
• Brings hands-on expertise in KYC, identity verification, affordability, AML, safer gambling, player limits or similar risk and compliance products. Fintech, banking and financial services experience is highly relevant; gambling experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Has built strong relationships with Compliance, Risk, Legal or operational teams and can translate regulatory complexity into clear product strategy.
• Challenges stakeholders constructively, explains product trade-offs clearly and takes confident ownership of decisions while respecting regulatory obligations.
• Can balance customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes across both customer-facing journeys and internal capabilities.
• Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, prioritises effectively and stays proactive when responsibilities and team structures evolve.
• Uses AI to improve their own effectiveness and identifies considered opportunities for AI and automation in products and operations.
• Brings intellectual honesty, curiosity and self-awareness, with a commitment to learning, improving and sharing expertise.
