At Sentrex, we're looking for a Head of Digital Systems & AI to help shape the future of our business.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll lead the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, automation, business intelligence and AI-powered solutions across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who gets excited about technology, loves solving problems, embraces innovation and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful.

Whether you're already leading digital initiatives or you're ready to take the next big step in your career, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing business that believes the future belongs to those willing to challenge the status quo.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading our Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID
• Driving Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption across the business
• Building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Creating dashboards, reporting and business intelligence
• Improving and integrating business systems across the organisation
• Identifying smarter, faster and more scalable ways of working
• Turning ideas into real business improvements
• Helping shape the future of technology and AI at Sentrex

Who We're Looking For

• You might already have experience managing Microsoft 365.
• You might be building Power Automate workflows in your current role.
• You might be the person who is always testing the latest AI tools before everyone else.
• Most importantly, you're ambitious, curious and excited by technology.
• We're looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, take ownership and build a long-term career in digital systems, automation and AI.

Salary & Benefits

• Direct access to senior leadership
• Real responsibility and influence from day one
• Opportunity to shape AI and technology strategy
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and emerging AI technologies
• Ongoing training and development opportunities
• Clear opportunities for career progression
• Company pension scheme
• Holiday entitlement increasing with service
• Employee recognition and reward programmes
• Company events and socials
• The opportunity to build something, not just maintain it

Why Sentrex?

We're not an ordinary facilities management business.

We're ambitious, fast-growing and constantly looking for better ways to serve our customers, support our people and improve our business.

We're investing heavily in technology, automation, data and AI because we believe they will define the future of our industry.

This isn't about keeping the lights on. It's about building what's next.
