About the Role
You’ll be part of a dynamic Dispute Resolution team, managing cases across a broad spectrum of disputes, including:
Property litigation (residential and commercial).
Contentious probate and contract disputes.
Debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant matters.
The role includes
Representing both individuals and corporate clients on claimant and defendant matters.
Actively contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
Handling your own caseload while benefiting from supervision and mentoring.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified Solicitor with at least8years’ PQE in Property Litigation.
Be confident in managing a varied caseload independently.
Have excellent client care and communication skills.
Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to business development.
Hold a clean driver’s license and be comfortable commuting to client meetings when required.
