Workday Finance Analyst

Workday Finance Analyst | Permanent

Location: North West Surrey - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are looking for a Workday Finance Analyst to join a growing team, supporting the ongoing optimisation, configuration and enhancement of Workday Financials. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Finance and Technology teams, driving system improvements and ensuring Workday continues to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Financials.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements and work closely with AMS partners.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, system releases and configuration changes.
• Assist with Workday reporting, data quality and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline Finance processes and improve system efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience supporting or configuring Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Expenses or Financial Reporting.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing and UAT.
• Understanding of Workday business processes, reporting, security and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
