Job Description:

Subex is looking for a Sales Director-UK to lead AI-led transformation deals with the UK’s largest telecom operators and enterprises.

This is not a traditional sales role. You won’t be pushing point products. You’ll be shaping multi-million-dollar strategic deals, opening new markets, and positioning Subex as the trusted AI partner for CSPs moving from reactive operations to predictive, autonomous decision-making, powered by our AI platform HyperSense .

What you’ll do:

• Own the number: drive and exceed regional revenue targets, with a focus on AI-led deals
• Sell transformation, not products: lead consultative, value-based selling around business outcomes
• Run the whole deal: take complex, multi-million-dollar cycles from pipeline creation to close
• Win the C-suite: build deep relationships with senior executives and decisionmakers
• Open whitespace: find new opportunities, expand accounts and land marquee wins
• Shape the narrative: bring sharp insight on AI trends, telecom disruption and competitive positioning
• Win together: work with global pre-sales, product, alliances and delivery teams

You bring:

• 12+ years of complex B2B telecom sales, with a strong UK/Europe track record
• A history of closing large deals in Telecom BSS, AI/ML, Analytics or SaaS platforms
• Experience selling transformation-led solutions, not just point products
• A strong network within Tier-1 operators or large digital enterprises
• The credibility to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
• Expertise in value-based selling and strategic account management

• Strong executive storytelling and negotiation skills
